Yes, my first ever cooking post. While I was playing video game my brother was looking through a recipe book that I have. He immediately spotted the coffee cake recipe I had written down from a high school cooking class. "Make this!" He says to me.

"Yeah, okay." I answered. And that's why I baked this coffeecake.

This is a really easy recipe. I must have written it down in a hurry or something, because I had overlooked writing down "milk" as one of the ingredients to the cake, so I improvised. I reckon I added about 1/3-1/2 cups of milk in with the mixture. You should improvise too.

The cake was good. If I had to do it again, I would have found something to put on top (This recipe didn't have directions for the awesome, sugary, crumbles you usually find on this kind of breakfast/desert).

By the way, if you usually click on my pictures to zoom in on them, you'll noticed that I have finally resized them to a better size. I also added 'Hang the Man' text on both pictures. I doubt someone will take these pictures as their own.

But you never know these days...
